This morning post, “6 Things to Know about Every Prospect“, featured some wisdom from Dean Brenner, the head of The Latimer Group.  He’s one of the world’s top coaches on how to present to live audiences.

In this video, Dean explains how to have “stage presence” when speaking with customers.  This is such a key element of success in sales, that I HIGHLY recommend you watch this whole video.
