It’s been over ten years since the Seinfeld show left the television airways, but it remains the undisputed classic television comedy. But here’s a little known fact: did you know that you can learn a lot about sales and selling from watching Seinfeld clips? It’s true!

I’ve gathered 10 ten clips, each of which illustrates a basic principle of selling, sales technique, or sales psychology. As usual, I’ve included polls so you can vote on your favorites. Here’s the first; the link to the rest is at the bottom of the post.

    Yes you are right that if anybody see Seinfeld clips they can learn many tips about sells.

    The single most important thing you can do is to protect your credibility and your reputation with the customer. This goes beyond the "customer is always right" shtick, because sometimes the customer is wrong. You must do three things for your customer.

    some tips
    Firstly, don't worry about your age, confedence is key.
    read everything you can about the mowers, learn every detail of them, so you can answer questions off the top of your head, if you don't know something a customer asks say 'you know, I've never been asked that before, that's a very good question, i'll just go find out for you'
