If you haven’t seen this before, it’s certainly worth watching, particularly apropos of today’s earlier post, “Would You Take a Customer to a Strip Club“.

RE: Video: A Few Good Expenses
Geoffrey - I'm always grateful for your blogs. As a "senior" sales guy who's been free lancing over the last years rather than working within a more rigorously "managed" environment, I've allowed myself to get away from "first principles" of selling - you're helping me return to the winning path.
So - as a favor to you in your otherwise much appreciated sharing of the "Few Good [Sales]Men"...which I've seen before but love seeing every time: your delivery method leaves open the viewer's literal and figurative "wandering eye" to find other YouTube videos along the bottom of the screen, where one of them is likely offensive to your many female fans.
Back to the video: isn't it striking - perhaps on a second viewing and a quick look back at the real exchange on the real film - how MAJOR LEAGUE DIFFERENT Jack Nicholson can deliver lines from even the well done job by this actor? Fire in Nicholson's eyes/face! -

Unfortunately, that's the way YouTube works. Since YouTube filters out the worst stuff, I'm fairly sure that nobody will be offended.

RE: Video: A Few Good Expenses
After reading your 2 recent posts on expenses and strip clubs, I was reminded of a time when one of my salesreps slid his expense report across the conference table during the break in quarterly sales review for me to sign off on. There were 2 receipts that stuck out. They were both ATM receipts from 11.50pm and 12.40am from the same place and both had $10 service fees. And this was back when the charge was $0.75! Maybe he thought I would not look that carefully and just sign off. Well, I would not sign it and I wasn't, as his manager, going to teach him the fine art of expensing mileage to cover up these types of "legitmate" expenses.

Quote: Instead of doing the sensible thing: storing them and getting him to pick them up some time; she instead decided to light them on fire.
Wow, I guess she showed him! How dare he say she was "unstable"?!?
