Mark Zuckerberg, Founder of Facebook
The now-ubiquitous social networking website began in 2004 at Harvard and quickly expanded to allow students from Columbia, Stanford and then other Ivy League schools to register. In a series of videos and one podcast, Zuckerberg gives his take on team dynamics, hiring the right people, investing in new ideas and challenges going forward.
Marissa Mayer, Google
Mayer joined Google in 1999 as the company’s first female engineer and currently leads the product management efforts on Google’s search products. In this series of videos and one podcast, Mayer spoke about learning from mistakes, working with smart people and giving ideas credit, not credit for ideas.
Steve Bank, Serial Entrepreneur
A retired serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in high technology companies and management, Bank has founded or participated in eight Silicon Valley startups since 1978 and teaches entrepreneurship and a methodology of managing marketing, sales and business development in high technology startups. Featured videos discuss the importance of not seeking publicity too soon, assessing customer and market risks and company building as a Shakespearean tragedy.
