Do You Bother with Off-Year Elections?

Next Tuesday, millions of Americans will take to the polls to vote on statewide ballot initiatives and other citizen referendums.
If you live in a state that's headed to the ballot box on November 3, you probably can't turn on the TV without some ad telling you how a ballot measure will help or hurt your state's economy. Nevertheless, in non-Presidential election years, voter turnout is usually very low.
Other than the Governor's races in New Jersey and Virginia, there just aren't many races of national interest.
Are you one of the few that show up to have your voice counted on issues that affect local businesses? Or is your apathy regarding that proposed municipal bond or new town tax bill justified? At the very least, please vote on this issue below.
