    Hiring new talent

Good video: very much to the point, easy to remember, recalls the obvious in a pleasant way.

    Hiring Best Talent

I appreciated the quality and brevity of the 4-minute video on behavioral interviewing. It reiterates some core principles from our program, The Effective Interview: 8 Practices for Hiring the Best. We have an online version that is approximately 4 hours. www.staubin.net. Thanks for the high-quality message. It is very needed for hiring managers these days!

good enough for those having past performance but
what about new or fresh candidates, testing their personalities or their attitude towards the job
