    The above video and other videos do not work properly for some reason. Pls do something and make your videos better up to BNET stadard of articles

    Good

    I liked the concept and points about being open, nurturing, and implementing new ideas -- though I think I already knew that "Implementation and execution are key to the success of a new idea". More usful might have been to summarize the three points more quickly and talk about something more, like what else goes into a "culture of innovation".
