‘Blink’ author Malcolm Gladwell talks up the crowd at RSA 2008 in San Francisco about how TMI (too much information) can actually impair your judgment and lead to bad decisions, almost like booze.
In the second part of his presentation, Gladwell centers on how you can restore your good judgment while in the third part he warns against trusting so-called authorities.
It’s great stuff, though one does have to wonder about the string of decisions that lead him to don that suit.
