    Fascinating insights!

I enjoyed the podcast with author Carol Kinsey Goman. I didn't realize some of the mistakes I've been making in the office, simply because I talk to male colleagues and female colleagues! Now that I know the key differences, I'll be sure not to make those mistakes again!

Clarifying my comment: I meant to say that until I heard this interview with Carol Kinsey Goman, I didn't realize that I was making a mistake by addressing male colleagues and female colleagues in the office in the same way -- with respect to the way I stand when talking to co-workers, etc. Thanks for sharing this useful information!
