They aren’t gunning for your job, but their lack of interest in middle management means Boomers risk leaving behind a vacuum as they retire. Harvard Business blogger Tammy Erickson says we can learn from Gen Y — their focus on immediacy can help speed up the pace of business — and has some stern words of warning for overly protective parents.
