- Microsoft makes it for overpaying for Facebook
- Daimler clocks in at No. 3 for paying $2 billion to offload under-performing Chrysler
- Citibank earned its place by selling a 4.9% stake to Adu Dhabi Investment Authority for only $7.5 billion
