    Technical description of Web 2.0

This is an awesome explanation of the technologies behind Web 2.0, although I think it's only part of the picture. He touches on the social nature and impact of web 2.0, which I think is actually the first part of the answer to "What is Web 2.0?" The way that the Internet is moving from information serving to information sharing goes hand in hand (or is it the horse and the horse?) with the technologies that are doing those functions.

    Web 2.0

Too generic. I would have preferred a more in-depth explaination.

    Web 2.0

Assumes listener knows some of the "buzzwords." Presenter articulation leaves a lot to be desired.

    Why whiteboard

The Whiteboard format added little or nothing to the communication.

Listing the enabling technology tools and introducing acronyms as a way to answer the question "What is Web 2.0" is a flawed premise.

I had hoped to circulate the URL of this video to my colleagues but it would only add to the confusion they have now about Web 2.0.

    What is Web 2.0

As clear as mud to most people, what about an explanation for the non-technical people out there?
