Benioff Cashes In On Presidential Campaign

Here's an interesting post from The Browser on Salesforce.com CEO Marc Benioff's involvement in the presidential campaign. Apparently Salesforce.com designed an online system for Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney's campaign. Volunteer fund-raisers are using the system to send info and solicitations by e-mail to Republican supporters, and the system helped raise $20 million for Romney's campaign.

So is Benioff trying to get more involved in politics? It's hard to say, but he would love to add the government to his list of clients.
