American workers think Barack Obama would make a better boss than John McCain, a new survey shows.

The survey by workplace consultants Adecco shows that Obama is considered to have better communications skills than John McCain. Obama won 54 percent to McCain’s 46 percent.

Moreover,  Obama is more skillful at using technology such as emails and blogging to get his views across while McCain is slow with technologies.

Employees in the survey also said that good bosses are transparent, create healthy personal relationships and respect their workers and thier jobs.

Ironically, a survey of 751 chief executives showed that they preferred McCain over Obama by a 4 to 1 margin.
