We can all agree that extending your laptop’s battery life conserving electricity are good things. And if there are simple things you can do to save electricity — like putting your computer to sleep instead of leaving it on all night long — then you should probably do it.

In this exclusive Business Hacks video tutorial, I show you how to change the function of the power button on your Start menu so it can sleep, shut down, whatever you like — and also how to change what the power button on the computer case does (mine makes the PC hibernate).
