zoho-viewer-logo.jpgNeed a fast and easy way to share a document with co-workers? Try Zoho Viewer, the latest addition to the Zoho suite of online apps. All you do is choose the desired document, then click the View button. Zoho uploads the document, displays it in your browser (with all formatting intact), and gives you the option to share it with others via e-mail or even embed it in a blog, forum, or other Web site.

Zoho Viewer supports a wide range of document types, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and various OpenOffice/OpenDocument files. It didn’t do a great job with the PDFs I tried (a few fonts and formatting elements were out of whack), but it’s still a decidedly useful tool for sharing documents and making them publicly available. And, like most of Zoho’s apps, it’s a freebie. [via AppScout]
