I went to my doctor last year complaining about some shoulder and wrist pain. His remedy? He printed a few Web sites that explained how to do some exercises and handed me a pile of grainy, indistinct sketches that I simply could not decipher.

Thankfully, I recently found a video — after the jump — that clearly chronicles exactly how to perform a number of stretches that help prevent some common repetitive stress disorders. The exercises are easy to do, and I’ve now added them to my daily regimen. And I think I’ll find a doctor who doesn’t rely quite so much on Google image search for patient care.

Do you suffer from Carpal Tunnel? What exercises or other remedies work for you? Sound off in the comments, please.

@fugurajapane: I don't think so. I just watched the video and it's the one I intended to link to. As promised, it includes exercises to prevent carpal tunnel and tendonitis.
