It’s an age-old problem: You want to stay fit, but your days are so packed, it’s impossible to find time for exercise.

Fortunately, there’s a great workout you can do in just five minutes, and you don’t need to go any farther than your own cubicle. Learn how in this short video starring Mike Rowe of Dirty Jobs fame.

Now, I’m not comparing cubicles to jail cells. You came to that conclusion all on your own. But I am a fan of short-burst exercise routines you can do right in the office.
