Here at Business Hacks, we love us some keyboard shortcuts. Whether they’re for navigating Outlook, working faster in Outlook, or selecting text in Microsoft Word, shortcuts are the world’s best productivity-boosting time-savers.

So it was with considerable delight that we learned Windows 7 brings a host of new keyboard shortcuts to the table — most of them involving, aptly enough, the Windows key. Here’s a sampling — you can see the rest demonstrated in the video up top.

  • Win+Home: Clear all but the active window
  • Win+Space: All windows become transparent so you can see through to the desktop
  • Win+Up arrow: Maximize the active window
  • Win+(+/-): Zoom in/out

Hit the above link to see the rest of the shortcuts. Haven’t installed the Windows 7 beta yet? No worries: Here’s a list of three Windows-key shortcuts that work with all versions of the OS.
