mapquest-4-mobile.jpgIt’s been a good couple weeks for BlackBerry users. First came Google’s new Mobile App, and now there’s MapQuest 4 Mobile, a new app that brings the eponymous mapping service to BlackBerry devices.

MapQuest 4 Mobile can give you an interactive map of your current location (leveraging built-in GPS if your BlackBerry has it) and, of course, driving directions. It also offers aerial views, business searches, traffic updates, and a GPS-powered Find Me feature.

The app is free; it’s currently available on Sprint for the BlackBerry 8830 and AT&T for the BlackBerry 8800, 8820, and 8310. Support for additional handsets is coming soon. If you have a compatible model, point its browser to www.mq4m.com to fetch the app. [via Download Squad]
