The new Zoho Share aggregates all your Zoho documents into a single location for easier sharing and publishing.

Normally, if you want to share a Zoho Writer document with a client or co-worker, you have to launch the Web-based word processor, load the document, and then take the usual steps to share it. Same story if you want to, say, publish a Zoho Sheet spreadsheet or embed a Zoho Show presentation.

With Zoho Share, you can access all your public and private Writer, Sheet, Show, and PDF documents under one Web roof. Neat stuff, though I don’t love the way documents are listed or the fact that you can’t change the view or sort order. Google Docs definitely has the edge in this department. Anyway, the video up top shows Zoho Share in action. Like most of Zoho’s stuff, it’s a freebie.
