You may remember CellForCash, the Web service that lets you trade your old cell phone for cold, hard cash. Want to do something a little more charitable? Check out FlipSwap, which offers either cash or a charitable donation for your unwanted phone.
Just input a few details about the unit — condition, included accessories, etc. — and FlipSwap will give you its buyout value. If you agree, you’ll get a printable mailing label so you can ship the phone to the service — at their expense! Once they receive it and give it a once-over, you can have a check sent to you or to one of a handful of charities.
